7. How can I trigger call backs if there is no caller ID (‘ANI’)?

You can use a Web trigger method or SMS trigger method if you are using a private number.

Web Trigger Method

- Login to your account with your Registered ID (number).
- Select account type as “Call Roam”.
- Input your password. *your password is your 15-digit PIN by default.
- After Login, select “Option” and click on “Register Caller ID”
- Select “Trigger Call” from the Dropdown menu.
- Input your number that you wish to receive the call back in Leg A and the destination number
in Leg B.
- Click Submit and wait for call.
